2. What data we collect and why

Through the contact form and WhatsApp we collect: your name, email address and the content of your message (travel dates, number of people and interests).

Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you request it, to prepare and manage the booking of a guided tour. We do not use this data to send advertising or newsletters.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request and the performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for other enquiries, your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties. Providers processing data on behalf of the controller:

  • Webempresa Europa S.L.U. (web hosting, European Union).
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, usage statistics): only activated if you accept analytics cookies in the banner.
  • Meta / WhatsApp (if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy apply).

5. Retention period

We keep contact messages for a maximum of 12 months if they do not lead to a booking and, in the event of a booking, for the periods required by applicable tax law.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to garciacarojavier@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, Italy).
